Rikihana Bradley
Rikihana has extensive experience in the commercial construction industry spanning the last 25 years and over that time has worked his way up from working the broom to project management.
Riki is a trade qualified builder and holds a building science degree from Victoria University in wellington and is a licensed building practitioner.

Property Inspector
Andy Wallace
Andy's background is new build and high end architectural builds. He is a trade certified builder and licensed building practitioner with an eye for detail.
His experience heavily leans on quality assurance and inspections, driven by the high end architectural builds he worked on in the past.
Andy is very thorough when it comes to the building code and defective work.

Property Inspector
Patrick Cronin
Patrick has been involved with construction for over 25 years, starting out as a trade qualified furniture maker, and then moving on to become a qualified builder. Patrick has extensive experience in the renovation space and has spent the last 4 years working with Kainga Ora on the healthy homes upgrades to the state housing stock.
Patrick is also a licensed building practitioner.
